Hey everyone! Here's your first sneak peek at the upcoming Kamogawa Island v0.1.2 update. This one’s focused on deepening the mansion experience—more character content, more systems, and more chaos (the good kind). 

Jessie’s Mansion Expansion

The main focus of v0.1.2 is filling out Jessie’s Mansion with new events and interactions. Expect the space to feel more alive, with characters roaming around, new events triggering in different rooms, and more opportunities to deepen your bonds with some of the girls.

Vanessa's New Management System (Work in Progress) 

Right now, I'm deep in development on a brand-new management system for Vanessa. You’ll be able to:

• Monitor and manage her Desire and Stress levels.
• Increase her Follower Count to unlock new events and interactions.
• Change outfits dynamically, with each outfit influencing photo shoots and dialogue.

But here’s the twist: don’t push her too hard. If her stress gets too high, Vanessa might refuse to do photoshoots altogether. Burn her out, and she shuts down.

This system is just the beginning—my goal is to roll out similar, character-specific management mechanics for all main girls, each tailored to their personality and storylines.

Sunday Movie Nights (Work in Progress)

Starting in v0.1.2, Sunday nights in the mansion mean one thing: Movie Night. Every week, Jessie, Vanessa, and Zoe gather in the living room for a cozy group watch. You’ll get to choose who you sit with, and if your affection is high enough… well, let’s just say you might unlock something a little more intimate.

This is the first “group-style” recurring event, and I plan to expand this format with more group events and slice-of-life moments moving forward.

More Zoe Affection Chapters

Zoe is getting more attention in this update. I’ve already added new story chapters for her, and she’ll be appearing more frequently around the mansion.

You’ll have more chances to raise her affection status, get pulled into her chaotic world, and discover what makes this goth girl tick.

Affection UI Overhaul Finally, I’m revamping the affection UI screen. The goal is to make it clearer, smoother, and way more visually appealing. That’s it for now, more previews and updates soon!
